Community allocation

Farm the growth.Keep the believers.

Viral growth. Real loyalty. Less spend.

Community-allocation tooling for token launches. Points become tokens on a declining curve, so the members who stay are the ones the allocation pays.

closed curve

Declining token-per-point curvetokens / pointEvent 1Event 2Event 3earliest committed · best rate
A closed curve with no oracle and no swap pool. Rate steps down across three conversion events.

Three windows. The rate steps down. The earliest, most committed members clear the best conversion. The team never spends the whole allocation at once.

01 / The problem

Legacy airdrops pit the community against the project.

Every token-based growth push ends one of two ways. Both cost you the community you just paid for.

1 · They dump

78–94%

of airdrop wallets sell the majority of their tokens within 90 days.

Sell pressure accelerates. The treasury funds its own sell wall.

Delphi Digital · 3.7M wallets / 5 years

2 · They resent you

$2.4M

compensation pool Binance had to fund after the zkSync backlash. Starknet and Sei alienated core users too.

The campaign attracts airdrop hunters. The people who care about the mission are the ones left angry.

Dump or resent — either way you lose the community. There is a third option.

02 / The third option

A planned series of point-to-token conversions.

Maximum community engagement per token spent. Viral growth that stays loyal.

  1. 01

A series, not a single drop

A recurring, configurable program. Members earn points for real engagement. Each event converts on a declining curve that rewards the earliest and most committed first.

  2. 02

    Harness farmers, keep believers

You still get the top-of-funnel spike farmers create. The biggest rewards flow to members who keep showing up — growth upside, without overpaying for churn.

  3. 03

    Capital-efficient by design

Non-dilutive, deferred until the product has found its market, and far cheaper than continuous direct marketing or a CEX listing campaign. Your own token or stablecoins, so pre-token teams qualify.

This is already the winning playbook.

We systematize it

  • Hyperliquid

    ~$2 → $30+

in a month. About 31% of supply to ~94k wallets — no VCs, no CEX campaign.

  • EigenLayer

    $0 → $15B

TVL in 6 months via restaking points. 280k+ users in season one.

  • Ethena

    $0 → $3B+

supply in months, airdrop to 2M+ wallets — fastest-growing stablecoin.

These were bespoke campaigns only elite teams could run. Token Orbit is the Hyperliquid playbook, as a product.

03 / How it works

Repeated conversions. One deterministic curve.

The community learns what earns rewards. The team never blows its whole allocation at once, and never meets an angry mob at the end of a single drop.

  1. Event 1

    Small tranche, learn the signal

The first window is deliberately small. Both sides learn what real engagement looks like before a larger allocation is in motion.

  2. Event 2

    Engagement rises, tune the curve

The second event uses what the first one revealed. The curve tightens around members who came back.

  3. Event 3

    Larger tranche, loyal base compounds

A bigger conversion lands on a community that already understands the rules. Loyalty is the thing that compounds.

04 / Positioning

One job: the safe conversion.

Galxe and friends run the whole funnel and own the data. Token Orbit does the points-to-token conversion, and plugs into the stack you already run.

You keep the users and their data · Token Orbit handles the conversion

  • You own your data

Token Orbit never hosts quests or touches user PII. Profiles stay in-house. No third-party silo, no platform lock-in.

  • Deterministic and MEV-safe

A closed curve, with no oracle and no bridge risk. The distribution step, done with the failure modes already designed out.

  • Any chain

Rewards deliver where your users already are, via NEAR Intents. This is an any-chain tool.

The moat is DAOcubator. Hundreds of launches advised become a failure-mode database encoded into the product, plus the institutional trust brands need before wiring a smart contract into a loyalty program.

05 / Business model

We take 1% of every pool. The token captures it.

1%

A flat protocol fee on each deposited pool. Stress-tested, and a single number — launchpads take several percent of the raise plus a token allocation.

Beside it: B2B consulting for custom curve modeling, at high margin.

The Hybrid token

A tradeable governance token — liquid, with a DEX exit — plus a conversion-window exit on our own platform. Extraction is capped and funded by protocol revenue. The raise itself is a live demo of the product.

Holders vote on what percent of each fee is distributed versus retained. We practice the disciplined extraction we sell. Supply: 100M.

Three-year revenue

  • Year 1

    15 campaigns

    $225K

  • Year 2

    50 campaigns

    $1.0M

  • Year 3

    150 campaigns

    $3.5M

Assumptions: pool sizes from $500K to $1.5M, flat 1% fee. Swap in the real pipeline to finalize. A take-rate business on a growing wave of token launches.

  • Pool value converted

The core volume metric — what flows through each conversion window.

  • Blended take rate

1% protocol fee on every pool, plus high-margin curve-modeling consulting.

  • Campaigns / ARPU

15, then 50, then 150 campaigns across the three-year illustration.

  • Day-90 retention

Holders still holding. The anti-dump proof the product is built to produce.

06 / Go to market

A captive pipeline from day one, then out to Web2 loyalty.

  1. 01

    Captive pipeline

Embed as the default distribution component for every DAOcubator-incubated project. No cold start — a client base from day one.

  2. 02

    Open Web3 self-serve

Embeddable SDKs and widgets drop into any dApp frontend. Campaigns are created self-serve for the broader market.

  3. 03

    Web2 loyalty

Integrate CRM and loyalty platforms — Salesforce, Shopify — to tokenize retail points. The largest market, gated by the trust DAOcubator already supplies.

Built-in virality: milestone-unlocked tranches open only when a percentage of the community participates. Top members onboard the rest.

08 / The ask

$500K seed at $5M FDV.

Validated design. Working prototype. Ready to build. Farm the growth. Keep the believers.

Use of funds

  • Audits
  • Engineering
  • Business development
  • Legal
  • DEX liquidity

Token: Hybrid model, 100M supply. Entry at a $5M FDV sits below Galxe’s own $20M seed. A 20× path to $100M would land near where Galxe trades today — about 3% of its ~$3.7B peak. Kaito peaked near $2.9B. That is the raise thesis, modeled from public comps.

Where we are

Working prototype: React and TypeScript. Project wizard, dashboard, distribution manager, compliance module. Next is wiring it to audited contracts and the Points API.
